This place was immaculate. Beautiful views of the sound from nearly every place in the house. Everything was clean and new. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball nearly daily, and you just couldn't beat relaxing at night either in the sand on the lowest level or on the patio. We gathered for a memorial service and it was wonderful for the family to be able to stay together. The house was great, spacious and things to do. The only complaint was the lower level with the fusball and ping pong needed a fan.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Policy 100% refund if canceled 60 days prior to arrival, minus adminidtrative and credit card processing fees. Cancellations 30-59 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of monies paid along with administrative and credit card processing fees. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire advanced rent.
