Love this location!! Super central and within walking distance to great breweries, restaurants, live music venue and cool shopping. The condo has spacious kitchen area and living room combo. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio which we took advantage of drinking morning coffees and evening wine.

We stayed here for a long weekend and everything was great. The unit was clean and all of the other guests/residents of the building were quiet and courteous. You will need a car if you want to do things outside of the heart of Asheville, but if you just want some great food and drink and shops then everything is very walkable.

Excellent new condominium with great amenities in a good location near the downtown. Appreciated the secure parking garage.
