Built in 1900, the 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom farmhouse has maintained its original charm with welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces. The cozy living room is stocked with board games, a 65" smart TV for streaming, keeps you entertained on cool days, while the back patio with loungers and grill gets guests outside. Equipped with a dedicated office space and 1200mbps WiFI, the farmhouse is a great spot for remote workers looking for a bit of adventure. For the lucky person who gets the upstairs bedroom with the walk-out porch, there is another nice outdoor sitting area on the second floor. This Downtown area offers a lot of fun options within walking distance. The Chilson Recreation Center is about a 5-minute walk, conveniently located near downtown on 4th Street. This is a family-friendly city-run facility with something for everyone. They have state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, a designated weight room, several group exercise classes each day, 2 gymnasiums with drop-in basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, racquetball courts, lap pool, a leisure pool with kid's play area, and lazy river, 2 hot tubs, indoor walking & running track. Adult fees are $6.50 a day, children are $4-$5 each per day, and Childcare is only $3 with a cap of 2 hours. The Civic Center Park is located between the Loveland Public Library at 300 N. Adams and the Chilson Recreation Center at 700 E.
