This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family of 6. There are bedrooms we didn't use, but nice to have available. Everything was clean and the management was very responsive to all of our needs. I would say the one thing we would ask owners to change would be installing a soft water system as the water was hard and smelled like rotten ...

We had a great time during our one week stay. The rental provided all the amenities and location for having a great time, except for one thing. The house lacks water pressure for serving upstairs showers.

The house was great. Unfortunately, the price of gas was very high getting there from Texas, and that kept 3 people from coming. Also, the entrance to the beach was a long walk. No help from Benchmark.

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if Red Sky Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
