Work will be happening daily Monday – Saturday 7AM – 7PM. The community hot tubs in the complex will be closed in result, and there will likely be construction noises throughout the day which may be heard from inside the property. We will not be providing any compensation for the lack of hot tubs or the noises and burdens in the area caused by the construction, and have already priced the property accordingly with lower rates to account for the inconvenience. It is anticipated that this project will be completed prior to the 2024/2025 ski season.
