Host is very responsive and made sure we are comfortable with the stay. Our room heater didn’t work the first day and he got us some portable heaters for next day and provided extra room access where the heater is working. If you are planning for 8 people, it may get a little crowded in the kitchen and living room.

Great place, comfortable beds, well equipped in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to various things, including beautiful Forest Hill Park. James is very responsive and resolved an issue we had promptly. Plenty of street parking.
