This beach house is across the street from the beach and a short walk from SPI hot spots. It has a sparkling pool, downstairs patio, and furnished upper balcony from which you can see the beach! You and your travel companions will revisit the memories you make here year after year. This privately owned home is a multi-level vacation home with no elevator. Gardenia Villa has two independent floors with no connecting door or stairway. Each floor is accessed from an exterior staircase. Each floor is self-contained and can be rented independently, or one family can rent the entire home. A living space, kitchen, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms are located on the ground floor. You will find a living space, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a balcony on the second floor. The garage and driveway together fit up to 4 cars, and the garage includes the washer and dryer. POLICIES & INFO -We strictly enforce guest capacity. -This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking. -Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. -Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center. -Small dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at this rental. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Dogs are restricted to the ground floor only. -Access to this property requires the use of stairs. -Optional pool heating costs $175 per week or $750 monthly. 24-hour notice is required.
