Parking is available for one car in the covered parking garage, then take the elevator to the second floor. Located also on the second floor is the beautiful in-ground heated pool and hot tub. There is also a community room and outdoor seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is also available. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers. Heading down to ground level and out onto San Carlos Blvd. you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Times Square and the Pier are directly at the end of San Carlos Blvd., just a short walk from the condo. Directly across the street from the condo take part in various boat rental opportunities, dolphin sightseeing cruises, or sunset cruises. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals, as well as eco-tours, can be found in the Times Square area for the more adventurous. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, and all linens and towels are provided.Enter into the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas with its beachy/nautical decor. There is wood flooring throughout except for tile flooring in the bathroom. The kitchen has hard surface countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items for full meal preparation if so desired. Sliding glass doors open onto the covered and furnished balcony overlooking the tropical scenery.
