The reason why I gave it four stars was because the beds were not that comfortable and the group that owns it had the audacity to strongly encourage me to give them five stars even if it wasn't and then contact them thereby duping the new potential guest. This was our first time staying there and we were more than impressed! The cabin was perfect.exactly as described. Very clean! Great views, and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. Already planning a trip back.

Heavenly Hilltop was amazing for my family of 4, (17 & 12yr old kids). It was just as described...beautiful, views, clean, fun game room, relaxing hot tub, great location, nice shared resort pool and fitness room. And the BEST part of all was we that we saw bears nearly every day.

Everything was really awesome. We enjoyed ourselves very much. If everything lines up right, we would DEF stay here again!!

We didn’t use much of the amenities in the cabin but we loved being there. The inside tub downstairs was relaxing especially when we figured out the jets. It had everything we needed to cook with. It had breathtaking views. We never wanted to leave.
