Great location 0.3 miles to beach.House was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool was very nice and they cleaned it twice during our week stay because of heavy winds causing leaves to blow in. This house was great for our extended family vacation. The pool and back patio were enough to make us want to come back. There is private access to the beach, but it is a walk with no parking nearby. But the house had everything that we needed for four adults and two teenagers.

Based on pictures, I thought this house was on a corner and much larger than it was. The location is good and safe. The walk to beach is more like 7 to 8 minutes, not 5 and instructions on location and how to access (key fob) would have been extremely helpful. The 2 screen doors need serious maintenance. A list of what to recycle would be helpful....
