There is one parking space for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. This parking lot is shared with City Bakery and the Bone and Broth Restaurant so there are no assigned spaces. *Please note: There is not an elevator in the building* Charlotte St.

This apartment was perfect. The location is amazing. You're right over a delicious bakery, a cool restaurant, and a great little butchers shop, plus a taco spot a block away.
