What is Provided? → Leave these at home because we provide them for the duration of your stay: Linens, bath towels, hand washing soap, shampoo/bodywash/conditioner, dishwashing soap, dish sponge. → We'll get you started but please bring extra if your stay is longer than a couple days: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets. ~ "Jon is the ultimate host, always one step ahead and super responsive." Other Items: → Please bring a supply of firewood and kindling if you would like to use the fire pit. → We recommend using water shoes if you plan to swim in the lake → Four exterior security cameras are on the property monitoring entry into the doorways → Noise decibel monitors are on the property inside the cottage. These do not record conversations. They monitor decibel levels Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7. Notes on the Booking Process: Booking on BNB is step one. To complete the booking process, we require all guests to e-sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and agree to a security deposit hold. Our rental agreement goes into more detail about the property, our policies, etc. that will help ensure you have the best stay possible. You will get an email message with the link to complete this second step after booking on BNB . House Rules: Guest Must SIgn Rental Aggeement. Security Deposit (Hold) Required of $300. No Pets. No Parties. No Smoking. Maximum Occupancy is 8 persons - that includes all adults and children. No illegal substances. Parking only allowed in driveway. Boat Ramp replacement keys will incur a fee of $25.
