Kodiak bear Cabin is a 1,600 sq foot two story cabin with 2 KING bedrooms with bathrooms and a loft sleeping 6. The downstairs bedroom is off the living room with one king bed, connected to the downstairs bathroom and has its own access to the deck. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, bathroom and access to the loft. To access the open loft you walk through bedroom two and are greeted with two twin beds that have open views of the living room. Kodiak bear has a fully furnished kitchen, large dining table seating six, bar top seating 2 and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need! The living room has 3 luxury leather sofas with plenty of throw pillows and blankets to snuggle up after a long day of hiking. There are over 25 different species of trees from large Oaks, Pines and Hickory trees to Dogwoods, and Elms are located on the property. We have a large wrap around decks on all three sides, a fire pit with plenty of seating to roast hot dogs and s'more and a gazebo style hot tub to give you extra privacy. Kodiak bear Cabin has a private circle drive giving you plenty of room to park 3 vehicles and room to tow a boat or ATV. We are located on a private dirt road off the main road- our road is quiet. Please NOTE: We do not control the weather, when it rains, the road does become muddy, and can become bumpy.
