We fell in love with Blue Ridge when I surprised Greg for a birthday trip in the mountains a few years ago & are now proud owners of Lakeview Heights. Cancellation Policy
In regards to cancellation, the guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival, and no refunds within 7 days prior to arrival. If no payment has been received within 24 hours of booking or if a failed payment request was received, we have the right to cancel the reservation.
