The Lulu City condominiums are across the street from the San Miguel River and Lift #7, making them a perfect location for skiing and a nice leisurely 10-minute walk to downtown Telluride. You enter the single-level condo from the second floor. The recently remodeled (December 2017) living room features a 42-inch HDTV flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix streaming as well as HBO, DVD/ VHS player, CD player, deluxe queen sofa-sleeper, and views of the open Valley Floor to the west (sunset views). Open to the living room is the full kitchen and dining area that seats four. There are also two bar seats on the kitchen island. The kitchen has top-of-the-line decor and professional-grade cookware. It also features a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a regular coffee maker, waffle iron, and a mixer. From the entry, the bedrooms are to the right. In the master bedroom are a queen bed, 42-inch flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix streaming as well as HBO, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a river rock pebble floor. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed (captains bunk) and a 20-inch flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix streaming as well as HBO. The second bathroom has a shower with river rock pebbles. This property uses the ATT TV app as the streaming source. Each bedroom features black-out shades as well as humidifiers and fans. The unit has a washer/dryer in the hallway and wireless internet. The free town shuttle passes by, but downtown is only a 10-minute walk away. *Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - Please note that there is a communal hot tub and heated pool available for guest use all year round. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Rental guests do not have access to the garage; there is first-come, first-served street parking near the condo. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
