Beautiful building. Great apartment. Clean, new and in perfect condition. Perfect location for enjoying downtown Asheville! Just watch out for the parking lot/building door lock app…it doesn’t always work Otherwise, very nice experience

This place was in a great and walkable location to downtown and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend if you want a full condo in a great location. Seemed like a very good deal. We weren't in the room too often, but it was very clean and comfortable when we were.
Excellent location if you're just looking to do things downtown. Everything is pretty much a 7-10 minute walk. Trouble with getting into the building, had to get building staff involved which was not ideal in 30 degree weather. That was the only hiccup.
