Perfect location for easy access into the restaurant and downtown area. Also excellent access to the riverside arts and crafts community. Would definitely stay in this unit again if available.

Comfortable, clean, new, well-appointed home in a quiet area 5 min from fun and funky W Asheville. Very short drive to New Belgium on the French Broad. Very pleasant stay, will book again.

This is possibly the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Everything supplied, coffee, creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent! Beautifully clean, large spaces perfect for two couples or a family. The location absolutely can't be beat you are 5 minute walk to everything downtown Asheville!! Stay here!!

Loved place and location. Wished for three things-a luggage cart to help getting from garage to 4th floor, a place in bedrooms to put luggage on. The third thing was a bigger parking spot.
