Place was very quaint. Queen bed very comfortable. Has everything you need for a nice stay close to beach. Just walk out door cross street and take private walkway over to beach. Perfect little spot for two. We wanted a quick getaway to clear our heads of the work buzz and drink in the sunshine and beach sounds. We got exactly what we wanted. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and to town. Not super clear directions about pool access, but there is access to two pools, so take advantage of that. Cute. Comfortable.
We had a phenomenal time. It was cool in evenings but the location made it super easy to get to the main area very easily and fast as well as the beach.

Showing wear and tear. Paint flaking on baseboards. Grout needs cleaning. In fact whole place needs a “deep clean”. Have stayed in various cottages at Seaside for 40+ yrs. One has better options. Did like the location.
We stayed in this home with our two children. The location is directly across from the Tupelo Pavillion, making beach access very quick and easy! Perfect for carrying your gear back and forth. It’s a short walk away from town square. Perfect location!

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if Red Sky Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
