From booking to marina reservations to our house and actual stay, everything was great and the staff could not have been nicer. Always helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed. Will plan to stay again when we return! Also beautiful sunsets!!

Accommodations and Service was outstanding. Would give 5 Stars except for the elevator being inoperable during our stay. No adjustments were offered. Otherwise i would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Stay was great. House was ok. The hot water heater connected to guest baths and washing machine didn’t work- there was no hot water. The AC on the first floor would not cool lower that 74- which was a little warm after a day of fishing. But overall enjoyed the stay.
This is our fourth week renting in 3 years at Marlin Bay. We have noticed an unfortunate downturn in the property based on the following: 1. The home we stayed in 3840 had multiple issues that we addressed with maintenance, not a single issue was resolved besides getting us a new coffee pot. Below were the issues.A.
