Cancellations: We offer a 30-day, 65% cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 30+ days before arrival, deposit only will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, deposit and final payments both are forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for the same period in which case a refund less processing fees (ranging from $25-$75) plus tax will be issued.
