I loved the layout of this house. There was a room on each floor so it was perfect for 3 families! The outdoor space was amazing- large picnic table, lights, hot tub, creek and fire pit. We had four nights of heaven in the trees of Mountainside Falls. Not for anyone that can't take stairs. Your own dog park!! Hot tub, sauna, stairs.
