Wow, we loved this place! The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the beach, close to shops and amazing local cuisine. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Newport Beach/Balboa looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We absolutely loved this place! We plan on visiting again soon. It is in the most perfect location. It is just right across the street from the beach. My son who is 10 loved this place way more than Laguna Beach.

This place was perfect for our family of 4, including 1 toddler and an infant. It is kind of a lot of stairs to the unit so hauling baggage, strollers and children was a little cumbersome but other than that it was honestly great.
