If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. *Propane fire pits are currently allowed.• POOLCurrently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.• PETSNo pets are allowed at this property as the owner has severe allergies and asthma. There is a $750 pet fee added should a pet or pet items be found at the property• POOL + HOT TUBGuest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.• GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
