Clinch State Park and 2 miles from Historic Centre Street. You can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan and large private patio with a a partial ocean view that overlooks a pond. The master bedroom has a king size bed, one guest room has a queen bed and the 3rd guest room has a full size bed and Full size bunkbeds. This condo sleeps up to 10 people. No more than 10 people, including children, are allowed to occupy the condo at any given time.A one car garage is available for your use. Pets are not allowed.THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX.
