We cannot say enough good things about this rental. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Pictures do not do it justice. It has a great kitchen with everything you would need if you wanted to prepare meals there. The rental is very quiet despite other units nearby. The check in and out process was very easy. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a great week in Malibu! The beach is right there and you can hear the ocean throughout the apartment. Don't worry about the upstairs neighbors, as the upper level is set back from the lower level, minimizing overlap. The master bathroom is spa quality. We spent a lot of time watching pelicans, dolphins, and the occasional whale or sea ...
