We stayed for CCMF which was within walking distance. We were able to enjoy the beach during the day and then walk to the festival. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Checkout was a bit hectic with extremely long wait times for elevators but we were able to use stairwell and managed to checkout on time.

Easy access to amenities around, everything is walking distance. Had an issue with no hot water the first night and the host responded quickly and worked quickly to resolve the problem.
