It also features a waterfall edge granite island with seating for seven and a large dining table with seating for ten, so your entire group can fit comfortably. This deck has plenty of room for everyone! You walk onto the top deck where there are two large sectional sofa areas, large stone fireplace with a 65″ Smart TV, and two custom large porch swings. Plus, an outside dining area seats ten where folks can relax and chill while grilling at the outdoor kitchen. There is also a large hot tub which seats seven people when you’re ready to relax and unwind for the day. If you head down to the lower deck you will find a full 9 course mini golf set with LED lighting for games during the day or night. The entire deck is completely covered providing full shade and allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even on a rainy day. If you venture off the deck you will find a nice firepit with saucer swings, porch swings and plenty of seating to enjoy a fire on a cold night or roast some marshmallows for smores!
