This house exceeded my expectations. I love the privacy of the primary bedroom from the others. The photos doesn't do the high ceilings justice... This house was very clean and well maintained. We fell in love with the screened in front and back porch. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

New Wave gets an A+ for quick responses. We had a few questions and they answered immediately. As for our rental,Tide Water, the description was accurate. It was clean, had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach. We loved walking to Bruno’s Pizza and The View on Old 98.Nice job New Wave! Definite 5 star service.

This home is adorable! The furnishings are fantastic. The layout is perfect. The screened in porches are awesome. Only drawback for me was that you can't turn the thermostat below 72. I get it but my body really likes 68. ~ Would definitely stay here again!

We had a long weekend girls trip and had a blast here. Love the community and amenities offered there. Beach was great and clean with small crowds - mostly families. The house was clean and a perfect place to relax.
