Our Happy Place is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the beautiful community of Prominence - directly across the street from the popular dining and shopping area, The Big Chill (formerly The Hub). You can't beat the convenience of this location! The property will sleep up to 10 people and provides the high level of comfort and relaxation you are looking for in your vacation rental. Bike or drive to all of your favorite 30A communities and enjoy the fabulous beaches, local restaurants, and boutiques. The 1st floor of this modern retreat is a beautiful open concept space. Enjoy your favorite TV show (streaming or cable) from the comfortable sofas or from the large kitchen island. Off the back of home is a deck with chairs - a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee (freshly brewed from the Keurig!). There's also a convenient half bathroom on the 1st floor plus the laundry room. Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms. Our Happy Place can be your happy place too! For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
