Quiet and safe but easy to get to downtown, Central Ave, and beaches. My pup and I walked to the island’s HUGE park everyday, it has a trail by the water and a dog park. Wifi at the house was fast- no issues with being on Zoom calls. There’s a great The little local coffee shop and a weird fun bar right over the bridge. I’ll be back!
