The views from Pelican Perch are its best feature. You have the ocean from the front, serene marsh from the back. Easy access to the beach. The unit is cute, clean, and worked well for three of us. The pull out mattress was very thin so decided to just use the couch for one of us. Wish there were beach towels as we had to go buy our own, but not a ...
