The bright and airy main living room has an open concept design with dining room and a well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar with bar stools, nicely updated kitchen cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is well stocked to meet the needs of guests. In the large outdoor courtyard, surrounded by palm trees and natural vegetation you will find a relaxing private pool-spa that could double as a small swimming pool for the children! Colorful sails hang over the pool to provide ample shading from the sun. There is also an outdoor sitting area in the courtyard along with two picnic tables, perfect for dining alfresco with the family! A charcoal park-style grill is provided for those family cookouts.
