Inside if home is perfectly fine. Outdoors is very worn and many areas of deck and steps down to river are rotten. Very unsafe. Owners refunded stay after falling through rotten steps and suffering an injury. Don't recommend until outdoor staircase and deck are rebuilt or replaced.
