This was our first time renting through penfed and the company was great to work with, excellent customer service. We have stayed in the port Lewes community before and love the location. We were happy to find this property on a last minute notice. The location of the property can't be beat! It has the proximity we need and beach space we want etc....
Disappointed in the upkeep of this place. We’ve stayed in other condos on this property before but this was by far the worst one. The black mold in and around the vents on the bottom floor made it uninhabitable. Literally bought an air mattress and put it on the top floor in a bedroom to attempt to escape breathing that in! The furniture was fresh ...

Disappointed in some aspects of the property. The major problems are that frame on the couch in the living room is cracked and the cushion is so thin that it is uncomfortable. The vent over the doorway on the first floor looked as though it had mold on it. Two of the vertical blinds would not work properly. And there were ants in the unit.
