About The Property
This nicely appointed bay front unit in Port Lewes is the perfect place to spend your vacation. This three story unit has a first floor bedroom with hall bath. The third floor has another bedroom as well as a bay front master bathroom with its own bath. The second floor is where you will find the main living room, kitchen and dining area. Directly off of the living room you can walk out onto the large deck where you can take in the beautiful bay views. Spend the day on the beach, rent a paddle board and test your skills or take a dip in the community pool. With it just a short ride to the Cape Henlopen State Park or to the Dairy Queen for ice cream you want to be sure to bring your bikes! All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). Guest may request cancellation of the Agreement by executing a Cancellation and Re-Rent Form; provided however, Guest shall still be responsible for the Total Booking Charges, subject only to Owner’s duty to mitigate damages as provided in the Cancellation and Re-Rent Form. Guest’s failure to provide written notice of cancellation and/or authorization for Owner/Agent to re-rent the Property will automatically result in Guest being held responsible for the Total Booking Charges.
