About The Property

Beautifully spacious two-level Blueberry Hill condo full equipped. Enjoy the full kitchen, gas fireplace, and balcony. Free WiFi. Amazing views of the Mountains and slopes!! Bed configuration: Master bedroom (1 or 2 beds): king or 2 twins upon request with full ensuite bathroom. Master bedroom (1 bed): king with ensuite bathroom Third Bedroom (3 beds): bunk bed (2 singles) and queen bed Fourth bedroom (2 beds): 2 double beds Maximum occupancy: 10 # of beds: up to 8 Other Features: *Private washer/dryer *Air Conditioing *Vaulted ceilings and a spacious open-plan living/dining area *Bath: 3.5 Bathrooms *Private EV charger *Parking: There is one free secured underground parking stall and one vistor parking pass (the visitor stalls are on a first come first bases). The garage door height is 6'9". We also include a free day parking pass in the village at the Westin - ski in ski out (available from mid-November till the end of April). Location: The main Blueberry Hill bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away to bus guests to the lifts and Village in 8 to 10 minutes. The Village and main lifts are approx a 5-minute drive away. Guests can walk to the Village along the Whistler golf course in approx. 20 minutes. Nice walk! Note: we also have a 5 bedroom / 4 bath property directly next door to this property if your group is larger and you would like to also rent an adjoining property. (Click here to view property) LOCATION - BUS: The main Blueberry Hill bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away and brings you to the lifts and village in about 8-10 minutes.  - DRIVING: The village and main lifts are roughly a 5-minute drive away. We offer complimentary parking pass in the village during the winter months (Mid-November - April).  - WALKING OR BIKING: Guests can walk on the Valley Trail (Whistler's walking and bike path) to the Village along the Whistler Golf Course. It's a very nice walk and takes approximately 20 minutes!   - TRANSIT/TAXI: The Whistler transit service offers an inexpensive regular scheduled bus service from Blueberry Hill to the Village. Taxi service to the Village is $10-$15. AGE REQUIREMENTGuests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided. NO SUBLETTING Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay. EQUIPMENT STORAGE There is a common area equipment storage room located in the underground parkade. Please note, this area is shared with other renters/owners in the building. We suggest brining a lock for your equipment.  CHECK IN INFORMATIONTo ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $1,500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.  We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.
