It’s both dog and kid friendly. -- Trails: Steamboat Core Trail, a paved trail for walking/biking, is walking distance from the home and will take guests along the Yampa River and eventually into Downtown Steamboat. Steamboat Resort Downhill and Cross Country Bike Trails are only a little over a mile bike ride from the home. Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the Property – A few stairs from the driveway to the front door. 3 stairs from the garage to the ground level. A full flight of stairs from the ground level to the upper level with all the bedrooms. – Parking – 2 car garage for cars and ski/bike/general outdoor gear. Large driveway. All guests must be above 28 unless they are children of the booking party. *For 30+ night stays we offer a 100% refund for cancellations prior to 90 days before checkin, minus a $500 processing fee. Cancellation after 90 days is no refund.
