Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 3 bed/3 bath home has everything you need for your stay in Moab! This beautiful open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area! Please note: our community pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025. This does not affect access to the private hot tub located on the patio which is available 24/7! The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio.
