Everything exceeded our expectations at this property. There were some tips left by the owners that enhanced our stay that we don’t usually find in other rentals. The location made for a fun experience. We didn’t need to get in our car once during our entire stay. The early check in was a plus.
Beautiful condo that is walkable to Breckenridge. Space was clean and tidy. And the shower - AMAZING. Great communication and execution on our experience. We will stay here again!
Short walks for essentially ski-in, ski-out mountain access at Snowflake lift. Rental was clean and comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. TV and humidifier completed the list of essentials.

This small unit is ideally located just steps from the Snowflake lift and hiking trail. It has a bedroom, a living space/dining area with a sleeper sofa, a shower+sink room, a toilet+sink room, and a short hallway converted into a mini-kitchen. A wonderful location for skiing. had a great time. the only negative, it was a little warm in the room and we never turned on the heat.

Payment Terms. A refundable credit card charge equal to 50% of total charges is required at the time of booking. The balance is due by check 30 days prior to arrival (see deposit schedule above). If the booking is within 30 days of arrival, then the entire balance is due at time of booking.
