Our stay at Royal Gardens was everything I wanted. The place was clean and very well furnished. The staff at Sea Breeze was very polite and helpful with everything. I will be booking my next trip with them.

We love the convenience of having the realty company right on site there at the resort because questions can be addressed face to face and resolved on the spot. We have stayed in three different units in Royal Garden Resort and all have been clean and well cared for. In fact we booked another stay there later this year before we left.

Neat cozy condo. Great view on the 4th floor. Quiet and all the guest were friendly. Condo was Clean, but Recliner was broken and TV difficult to work due to multiple controls and no directions. Very relaxing few days away. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar downstairs has really good food an is very convenient. No need to leave the property. Only disappointment is the very slow elevators. But will definitely stay here again.
