First of all, in defense of any property owner on either island, back to back hurricanes made life difficult for nearly everyone. Overall, the property was nice and reasonably clean. The rooms and furnishings are great. There was siding missing from a few places on the side of the house and a bright yellow cable ran down the driveway for Xfinity...

This house is a perfect family getaway.. very spacious. Beautiful home the kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook and hang out. The screened in balcony was great for grilling and eating with the family.Loved the bay views and the morning sunrises were so awesome from the balconies looking overlooking the bay. We enjoyed biking, fishing, kayaking...

House is very nice with good space in every room. Bay views from the kitchen/living/master. Lots of games/puzzles. Pool is on the smaller side but well heated. Bayside is great for kayaking and paddleboards that are at the house. We loved seeing the pelicans and dolphins in the bay. Access to Tween Waters was a definite perk.

Had a great week with our entire family at Royal Palm house - great location, plenty of room, pool was great and bikes and paddle board for Roosevelt Channel was so convenient! Great views and the wildlife was beautiful! House needs some improvements due to lots of use, screen was ripped on back porch, steps to house adhesive strips were falling ...
Great house. Very clean and comfortable. View from living room and porch is unmatched. would stay here again for sure.
