The seaside is in a perfect location next to beach and all the other restaurant in downtown folly. The seaside is the perfect spot.

This was such a wonderful place for our long weekend at the beach! It could not have been a more perfect location- steps from the beach, bars/restaurants, and Bert’s Market- everything Folly has to offer was right outside. It was a lovely space for our group of friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful deck. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has a great location steps from both the beach and restaurants/nightlife. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very communicative. The balcony was a great place to spend afternoons after a day on the beach.

Overall, this is a nice place. The location is very close to the beach and all downtown places. The deck furniture and view is really nice. Having beach chairs, mats and towels available at the rental was wonderful. Some of the issues were electrical, comfort related, and uneven floors. We actually taped rug edges down to try and prevent falling. ...

Not far from the beach Very close to the bars/restaurants and booze popsicle van. Beds aren’t the best and floors are uneven, stairs are soft and scary. Outside parking is a bit tight for a pickup. I won’t be returning
