The house was so clean with a light and bright beachy aesthetic. With bedrooms on multiple floors and a first floor game room, there are so options to spread out and enjoy the house. 14 of us stayed here for a family vacation- 8 adults and 6 kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the house and all the amenities. The walk to the beach was short however we did find that the designated section of the beach was very crowded from so many residential properties. Often times, you go to stay at a rental house and it really has that rental house feel and doesn’t quite match up to the pictures. This place was NOT like that at all. It felt like a home. It was absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations.10/10 experience and Kim is great. You won't regret renting this home.

Cancellation Policy
Must be at least 25 years old to book. A payment of 50% is due immediately. A second payment for the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Guest receives 100.00% (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival. A security deposit of $500.00 is due 7 days before arrival. If you pay by credit card, this is a 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart.
