We had a lovely relaxing stay at this home. The location is easy to access yet it is remote enough if you like to stay somewhere that affords a little more privacy. The view is worthy of a stay at this home in and of itself.

We had two couples on a road trip from Boston to Acadia. This house worked out great for us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. A lovely time at the house. Watched the water having coffee and then in the evening with a beer. Many walkers with dogs that were delightful to watch too!
This was the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. My only suggestion to the owner/rental company would be a better system for trash. There was a full trash can in the garage plus several full bags next to trash can when we arrived. It looked and smelled like it had been there quite some time. Still a very positive experience!
