You'll enter the kitchen area, walk through the dining room which opens up into the spacious living room with full views of the Gulf. The beautiful kitchen is newly remodeled with all new cabinetry, custom island that seats four, walk in pantry and all new stainless appliances.The dining room, located just off the kitchen has seating for 10. Just off the dining room is a half bath. From the dining room you'll step down a step not the living room. Two couches and a love seat provided plenty of seating with a large screen tv to watch sports or movies. A large sliding glass door and four windows stream sunlight in and prove spectacular views of the white sands and water. Step out on the deck and smell the ocean air and look out over the the beach. Relax on the couch and two soft chairs. Enjoy local favorites at the outdoor dining table with seating for six. A stairway off the balcony leads down to a private outdoor area with a picnic table and foot washing station. Just a few steps away is the walkway over the sand dune to the beach. ~THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE: (Sleeps 6) Up the stairs from the kitchen is a long hallway with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds, a private bath, and a private balcony overlooking the city. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with phenomenal beach and water views. Relax in the king bed while looking out over the gulf or enjoying the latest shows and entertainment with the 46” flat screen HDTV.. Walk through the custom barn door into your private master suite bath complete with custom tiled walk in shower and separate whirlpool garden tub and dual sinks.
