This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours. PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community (public-Wilber Park) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location, open seasonally. There may be a fee for access. There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
