The Hi-Desert is known for the intense sunsets, endless stargazing, and tranquility. Guests will have access to the entire home and property and will enjoy multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas, soaking pool, hot tub and two bars for entertaining. NO diving is allowed at any time. Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware that the pool is not operable. Available June-September only.• SECOND BEDROOMThe second bedroom bed is a double or full size bed. There is a trundle in the room, which is a floor bed. It comes out from under the double and sits on the floor.• OUTSIDE MUSICAny and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code. We do not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property.• DIRECTIONSGPS should bring you easily to the property• A/C & HeaterThe house is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long.• FIREPLACEThe fireplace in the living room is currently not available for guest use.• FIREDue to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.• HOT TUB + POOL - legalGuest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.• GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
