This house is great for large families with young children. The kitchen may be on the smaller side, but it comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has modern appliances, a breakfast bar with two seats, and it overlooks the dining areas and living room – great for socializing while cooking. In addition to the breakfast bar, there is also a breakfast nook with a table 4 chairs. If you need more seating when eating, there’s a formal dining area with a wooden table and 6 chairs. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal. The living room is quite spacious and has two crème sofas, an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that both let in natural light and let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The pool area is screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. It also has a good-sized pool, sun loungers, and a covered lanai with a patio table and 4 chairs underneath it.
