There are covered parking spots on the same floor of the garage, so no driving round and round 12 floors of garage. This is a beach front resort with a city shuttle nearby. The unit is close to the fitness center, so no excuses to skip the gym. ;-) And, the unit is high enough for a great view, but low enough to take the stairs to the pool and beach to avoid long elevator waits. Bedding: Ensuite 1-King / Ensuite 2-Twin bunkbed / Living room-Queen foldout couch - We rent Saturday to Saturday in the spring and summer, when we have 6 night minimums. - A limited supply of Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows are provided. - Must submit Driver's license and rental agreement to manager within 24 hours of booking. Must be at least 25 to rent. - Extra $20/night + tax per guest of any age over 4 guests (of any age) will be collected. - Smoking allowed outside only. - Guests must take out all trash and wash all dishes (or leave in running dishwasher) prior to checkout. *Guest must submit a $250 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 14 days prior to arrival and released 14 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. - Must be at least 18 to rent. If under 25, and additional $1000 damage deposit will be required. - We include 2 folding chairs and an umbrella in the unit for your use, and you may also rent them on the beach.
