This is a newer rental and I feel like a lot of planning and design work went into the house. We had a party of 10 and everyone had a comfortable bed. It has everything you need with some added snacks/coffee/tea. There is a personal touch here. The yard is massive and fenced all around (maybe okay for dogs?).
